Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items and the packing slip inside the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location or schedule a pickup; your return tracking number will be provided on your receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
